Recordings are now available from two recent SWGP events in early 2023.
Firstly, we were delighted to host a morning of training specifically for those in church leadership. Adrian Reynolds from FIEC and Ed Moll, vicar of SWGP Church Partner St George's Wembdon, gave us three sessions of very helpful biblical and practical material under the heading Healthy Eldership: Leading Well Together.

Secondly, our Partnership Meeting in March was on the subject of Rethinking the Pipeline: Raising up leaders in our Churches. We were joined by Andy Fenton from 9:38 to consider the strengths and weaknesses of past models of raising up workers and how our current situation might lead us to plan for the future.
