Headley Park Church in Bristol are advertising for a full-time Trainee Pastor to start in September 2022, on a 2 year fixed-term training contract.*

  • Package in the region of £24,000 (covering fees for the Crosslands Seminary Course** as well as living and ministry expenses)
  • Opportunities to develop preaching, teaching, pastoral and evangelistic skills whist being mentored by two experienced pastors
  • Opportunities to serve in a growing church in a predominantly white, working class, community in South Bristol
  • Candidates must be in agreement with the FIEC basis of faith***; have an undergraduate degree or equivalent; have a proven track record of serving in their own local church and the support of their church leaders to train for pastoral ministry
