Healthy Eldership 2024

On Saturday 27th Jan 2024 we are running an intensive morning of training and input for church leadership teams led by James Robson, formerly Director of Keswick Conventions and the newly appointed Principal of Oak Hill College.

For teams to function well together, people need to relate well, one to another.

In the first session, we'll look at who we are in Christ and how we can develop trust in one another.

In the second session, we'll look at what it means to love the other person - listening to them person, understanding them and navigating conflict.

Although the format is the same as this past January, it's all new content! The idea is for church leadership teams to attend together and receive theological and practical guidance on leading well, functioning as a good team, and developing individually as healthy leaders.
