The past year has been one of significant pressure and trial for pastors and church leaders, who face significant spiritual burdens at the best of times. How can churches care for their pastors, and pastors care for one another, and what are the particular opportunities for older or retired ministers to care for those still in the thick of things?
Andrew Cornes was director of training at All Souls, London and then pastor of All Saints Church, Crowborough, for many years, as well as being an author. He is now retired and among other things spends significant time pastoring and mentoring pastors in the Sussex region.
We are so thankful that Andrew is able to join us to give us the benefit of his experience on a topic close to his heart.
