We are looking to recruit a part-time/full-time Women’s Ministry Team Leader to work across our congregations in the beautiful city of Bath.

Primary role: developing women’s ministry across our congregations, evangelising and discipling women, as well as helping co-ordinate our small groups.

You will also be involved in training leaders along with others and as part of our Senior Staff team.

Requisites:

• Gifted Bible teacher with good inter-personal and Bible-handling skills suitable for the preparation and delivery of Bible studies and talks to Christians and non-Christians.
• Able to train, oversee and disciple women, developing ministry to and from women across the church family and in the community.
• Identify, recruit and support the development of team leaders/co-leaders to reach others with the gospel.
